We had a fab stay! The room was cozy and clean. The shower was awesome with strong water pressure. It's super close to shops and cafes, which was handy. Just a heads-up, there are some steep stairs if you're carrying bags or have mobility issues. Parking nearby was a bit pricey too.

The experience was marred by the stark contrast between the advertised photos and the actual room, which felt dark and unpleasant with an overpowering bleach scent. Despite the location being central and convenient for local attractions, the cleanliness was questionable, leading to discomfort. Positive aspects included efficient amenities like a fridge and microwave for convenience and the excellent pillows that ensured a decent night's sleep. management's response to issues lacked empathy, diminishing an otherwise favorable situation.

The apartments were recently refurbished, very sleek and comfortable. My double room was nice, clean and the bed was really cozy, perfect for some much-needed rest after a long day. There's a nice little fridge which came in handy to keep our drinks cool during the stay.

It wasn't inexpensive but still reasonable for the quality we got.

the apartment was nice n central for exploring gloucester. staff were friendly n helped us when we had issues with the cooker hood. loved that the room was clean n had everything we needed like fridge n microwave. overall, it was a decent place to relax after a day out. i would stay there again!
